Many folks contact us with a legal question. In accordance with applicable law, neither Customer Service staff nor Support Center personnel will provide legal advice. Please do not ask--it is uncomfortable for Support Staff when they must to refuse to answer and it may be unpleasant for you to receive a firm refusal.

DivorcesYourself.com is unique because we provide varying levels of interactive attorney assistance. If your general questions are not answered by our FAQ's, we suggest you subscribe to our Premium or Premium-Plus service levels so that you may communicate with an experienced divorce attorney licensed to practice in your State. Our attorneys will provide quality legal advice.

Most folks are completely satisfied with Preferred Service. Nonetheless, should you later determine you desire more professional assistance, you may upgrade to a Premium or Premium-Plus Service Level.

Premium and Premium-Plus Service Levels are not offered in all States.

We prefer to correspond via e-mail because e-mail allows us to better balance our work load. This results in lower customer costs. E-mail also gives us a chance to think about your question. This results in better customer satisfaction. The two primary starting points for e-mail correspondence are:

Contact Customer Service for new account subscriptions and inquiries. Contact Customer Service for all general inquiries on existing accounts including activation and billing. You will receive a response by the end of the next business day.

Support Center (Support@DivorcesYourself.com)

Existing customers are encouraged to contact the Support Center directly with technical questions regarding an account. Although the system is extremely easy to use, a handful of customers request additional guidance. The Support Center is the place to ask technical questions about your service.
